Shipping Information

We use the US Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail to mail our orders.
We charge a flat $3.85 for Priority Mail which normally takes 1-3 days to most domestic destinations and $13.65 for Express Mail which offers overnight service to many destinations.
Orders of $40 or more addressed to a physical location (not PO Boxes) within the United States qualify for free Priority Mail.
Orders outside the US will have additional charges.

How long will it take for orders to be processed?

Normally, we process our orders in 1 business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you want to return the products purchased from US, please return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase, we will refund the original purchase price or send a replacement order.

Please send us an email (sales@orientalflavor.com) regarding your returning prior to returning the package.

1. All merchandise must be in its original package and securely wrapped. 2. All returns must be shipped prepaid. 3. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to ensure correct credit will be issued. 4. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping and handling cost. 5. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
